12 Week Re-Sign- 1:1 Nutrition Coaching

Returning clients will receive all the same benefits listed in the Premium Coaching package.  Re-signing is to continue services for another 12 weeks.  Upon sign up, you will receive a brief Client Re-sign Update packet download, to provide feedback of your first 12 weeks and detail regarding your goals going forward.  Please fill out electronically and email back to your trainer within 2-3 days.
