Notice: I no longer offer personalized workout training services- the DangerFit LIFT program is for anyone interested in weight lifting and can be adjusted to your needs by your weight selection. The video walkthroughs will include modification suggestions for some exercises if I feel they may be challenging for a beginner. 

DangerFit LIFT - $25 (4 weeks) $60 (12 weeks)
Monthly generalized training program

Note that this program does not include check in's or an individualized service

​

  • ONE-THREE 4-week training plan(s) - 4 day lifting split with optional 5th day

    • Sent as a PDF file which will be emailed to you within 48 hours upon purchase (on weekdays)

    • If you purchase within 2 days or less of the release of the next training plan, you will receive the UPCOMING plan on its release date (otherwise you’ll receive the current plan within 48 hours or less). Release dates can be viewed HERE. If you purchase a plan on the weekend, you may not receive your workouts till Tuesday of the upcoming week.

    • If paid for 12 weeks upfront, the subsequent training plans will be sent out on their release date (so if you pay for 12 weeks, you won't receive all three 4-week plans at the same time, but will be sent out one at a time as they are made available)

  • Progressive Overload focused format (weekly workouts will repeat over the 4 weeks- to allow you to build strength and improve form throughout the training block)

  • Training plans are for the general public but can be well suited for any strength level based on your weight selection (from beginner to advanced)

    • If you have an injury or significant movement restrictions, this training program may not be ideal

  • Includes home and gym swaps (for needed equipment list click HERE)

  • PDF includes hyperlinks to exercise demo videos

  • Links to full video walkthroughs of each workout (which goes over basic form cues, and some modification suggestions)

  • Intro video explaining the format and unique programming aspects of the training block

  • Layout of suggested lifting schedule

12 week 1:1 Nutrition Coaching - 12 weeks- $300 (with discounted renewals)- Includes Macros

For clients using an existing exercise program and needing personalized fitness/macro guidance and progress accountability

  • Dangerfit Client Macro ebook

  • Generalized fitness help and guidance

    • Access to trainer created exercise videos for improved form help or needed modifications 

    • Individualized form help as-needed

    • Tweaks to your cardio programming as-needed

  • Training checklist to help you organize your fitness goals

  • Continuous progress tracking with photos, measurements, and weight logs and training/macro adjustments based on progress

  • Individualized coaching PDF with suggested workout schedule, personalized macro instructions, and trainer notes

  • Twice weekly check-ins with helpful tips and responses to your questions, concerns, and needs

  • Access to google hangouts text messages and live trainer chats on an as-needed basis

  • Access to private Facebook group for support and accountability with other 1:1 clients

1:1 Nutrition Coaching- 4 weeks- $150 (with discounted renewals)- Includes Macros

Upcoming Group Coaching Dates

Sign ups for Session 15 will open up on Monday, August 1st at 7am Pacific time through my website store (spots will be added at that time and will stay available till they are sold out)- completed new client packets are due to by Monday, August 8th. The session will begin on August 15th

*Nutrition services involve general nutrition helps within my scope of practice as a Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certification and do NOT include specified meal plans, or assistance with dietary needs for allergies, food intolerances, and medical issues - if you have specific nutrition needs, please consult a certified nutritionist
