The services below are not one size fits all.  All programs are catered to YOU, focusing on your current level of fitness and nutrition, and where you want to improve.  I will assess your needs to design workouts and/or nutrition protocols that help you achieve your health and fitness goals. My goal is healthy longterm fitness and not only short term success. 

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING - 12 week blocks $350
Includes Workouts and Macros

For clients needing individualized, assessment-based workouts, as well as individualized macro guidance

  • Individualized workouts programmed by me specifically for you and your needs/goals

    • Home or Gym workouts based on your needs​

    • Squat assessment at the start to evaluate for muscle imbalances

    • Four to six week programmed intervals with reassessment

    • 3-5 weekly resistance workouts and stage training cardio plans based on clients goals and time

  • Access to trainer created videos

  • Individualized training PDF with hyperlinks to form videos, suggested workout schedule, personalized macro instructions, and trainer notes

  • Continuous progress tracking with photos, measurements, and weight logs and training/macro adjustments based on progress

  • Twice weekly check-ins with helpful tips and responses to your questions, concerns, and needs

  • Training checklist to help you organize your fitness goals

  • Access to google hangouts text messages and live trainer chats on an as-needed basis

  • Access to private Facebook group for support and accountability with other 1:1 clients

  • Basic nutrition guidance and personalized calorie/macros guidelines and breakdowns*

COACHING PREMIUM - 12 week blocks $230

For clients using an existing exercise program and needing personalized fitness/macro guidance and progress accountability

  • Basic nutrition guidance and personalized macro and macro breakdown options*

  • Dangerfit Client Macro ebook

  • Generalized fitness help and guidance

    • Access to trainer created exercise videos for improved form help or needed modifications 

    • Individualized form help as-needed

    • Tweaks to your cardio programming as-needed

  • Training checklist to help you organize your fitness goals

  • Continuous progress tracking with photos, measurements, and weight logs and training/macro adjustments based on progress

  • Individualized coaching PDF with suggested workout schedule, personalized macro instructions, and trainer notes

  • Twice weekly check-ins with helpful tips and responses to your questions, concerns, and needs

MONTHLY COACHING - 4 week blocks $110

For clients using an existing exercise program and needing personalized fitness/macro guidance and progress accountability 

  • Same benefits as the 12 week plan, but in 4 week intervals

GROUP COACHING - 8 week blocks $135
Includes Macros

For clients using an existing exercise program and needing personalized fitness/macro guidance and progress accountability

  • Training checklist to help you organize your fitness goals

  • Progress tracking using photos, measurements, and weight with macro adjustments based on progress (assessed every 4 weeks in a personalized check in)

  • Weekly access to group tailored Q&A videos from your trainer

  • Weekly group check-in emails with educational tips and worksheets for self monitoring and personal growth

  • Access to private Facebook group for support and accountability with other group coaching clients

Upcoming Group Coaching Dates

Sign ups for Session 6 will be Monday, October 12th at 6am and 6pm pacific time through my website store (spots will be added at those 2 sign up times and available till they are sold out)

*Nutrition services involve general nutrition helps within my scope of practice as a Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certification and do NOT include specified meal plans, or assistance with dietary needs for allergies, food intolerances, and medical issues - if you have specific nutrition needs, please consult a certified nutritionist
