Online Personal Training
This 12 week online training package is created specifically for YOU and your needs and includes the following
12 total weeks of individualized, assessment based workouts
Four to six week programmed intervals with reassessment
Access to trainer created videos
3-5 weekly resistance workouts and stage training cardio plans based on clients goals and time
Continuous progress tracking
Twice weekly accountability checks
Access to live trainer chats on an as needed basis
Basic nutrition guidance and personalized calorie/macros guidleines*
*Nutrition services involve general nutrition helps within my scope of practice as a Personal Trainer and do NOT include specified meal plans, or assistance with dietary needs for allergies, food intolerances, and medical issues - if you have specific nutrition needs, please consult a certified nutritionist
