Group Coaching Re-Sign (Session 16: October 24th- December 18th)

Re-signing is to continue services for the upcoming group coaching session.  Upon sign up, you will receive a brief Client Re-sign Update packet download, to provide feedback from your recent 8 week session.  Please fill out electronically and email back to Susan within 2-3 days, but this feedback is optional.
