Trainer note - Karen came to me wanting to lose fat and was feeling stuck with her progress.  In 8 weeks, she leaned out all over and lost over 11 inches in body circumference measurements (totaled from her waist, thighs, chest, and arms).  After the 8 weeks, we increased her intake, where she learned firsthand that she can eat MORE and maintain her progress.
